1. Google Search Console 

We need to set the console account for this site as we need to index the site on Google. 2. Google Analytics 

With the tool “Google Analytics” we can monitor the effectiveness of online marketing strategies, onsite content, user experience, and device functionality. IT provides the information needed to improve the website, and make it the best it can be. Google Analytics is Google’s web analytics service that allows you to analyze in-depth detail about the visitors on your website.

3. XML Sitemap 

An XML (Extensible Markup Language) Sitemap is a file used to detail all URLs on a website. It can include extra information (metadata) on each URL, with details of when they were last updated, how important they are and whether there are any other versions of the URL created in other languages. All of this is done to help the search engines crawl your website more efficiently, allowing any changes to be fed to them directly, including when a new page is added or an old one removed.

4. Robots.txt File 

Robots exclusion protocol or standard, robots.txt is a plain text file that follows the Robots Exclusion Standard. A robots.txt file consists of one or more rules. Each rule (blocks or allows) access for a given crawler to a specified file path on that website.

5. Google Indexing 

The Google index lists all of the webpages that Google knows about. When Google visits your site, it detects new and updated pages and updates the Google index. Google indexing is very important as if the site is not indexed we cannot work further, initially and after that, we need to make sure that Google indexes and crawls our site regularly.

6. PA, DA 

Page Authority and Domain Authority; The PA and DA are the search engine ranking authority score developed by Moz. The ranking score is between “1-100”. We need to improve the score by creating backlinks from high authority websites.

7. Link Analysis 

After being done with this setup, we will start a link analysis of our site and the competitor’s site. We are using tools for links analysis. By checking the competition we will have an idea about how well they are with their SEO and content and will try to beat them by doing better SEO work.

After getting done with this entire setup we will start optimizing the site by following these steps:

1. Optimize page titles and meta descriptions

It’s a mandatory part when it comes to On-Page optimization, we need to create meta tags that include both title and description optimization, we need to create and also need to update these tags.

2. Optimize page content

Content is the most important part as Content is the King. We must optimize the content before doing anything else.

3. Headings and content formatting 

We use headers or headings to provide structure. Header tags provide structure and context for the site’s content. Only 1 H1 tag would be in a single webpage. (Optimized according to most important query) We need to provide a structure with using all other tags

For ex. H2 tag can be used for Heading and H3 for subheadings so, in this way, we can do the optimization.

4. SEO Images and other multimedia elements 

We need to optimize the images and multimedia elements as we will optimize it by putting required tags and will make sure that it doesn’t affect the site speed also. We need to optimize each and every image, video or any multimedia elements available on the website.

5. URL optimization

9. Mobile-Friendliness 

In this world, when the number of mobile users is more than desktop users, it is important to optimize the website by keeping in mind the Mobile-Friendliness. We will lose a lot of audiences and also ranking we do not focus on mobile-friendliness. Making pages mobile-friendly increases user engagement on mobile devices.

10.Comments or Reviews on the on Page 

It is an optional part but Google appreciates site who has a review or testimonial section on the site.
